Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
Packstub sells premium Laravel and FilamentPHP plugins, delivered as private Composer packages. The store is operated by XLITE TOWER SRL (trading as XLITE), a web development studio based in Moldova. By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, each acting as merchant of record for the orders it processes. The merchant of record for your order is shown at checkout and on your receipt. It handles the checkout, collects applicable VAT and sales tax, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to that provider's buyer terms — Paddle's buyer terms or Lemon Squeezy's terms of use. We never see or store your payment details.
License grant
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin under the tier you bought. The tier's scope is stated on the plugin page before you pay:
- Single project — use in one production project. A project is one distinct application and its staging or development copies.
- Unlimited projects — use in any number of projects you or your team build and deploy, including client work.
- Lifetime — the same scope as the tier it extends, with an update window that does not expire.
The license covers use of the plugin's code inside your applications. It does not transfer ownership of the code, which remains with XLITE TOWER SRL.
Updates and support
Your license includes access to every version released within your update window, stated on the tier at purchase. When the window ends, everything you have installed keeps working; renew to install new releases. Licensed customers get email support for installation, configuration, and bug reports at support@packstub.dev. Bug fixes ship as regular releases.
Accounts and Composer tokens
Your account and its Composer access tokens are personal to you and your team. Tokens authenticate your projects against the Packstub Composer repository and can be created and revoked at any time from the developer portal. Keep them out of public repositories and do not share them outside your organization.
Prohibited use
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing a plugin, in source or packaged form.
- Republishing packages to another Composer repository or package registry.
- Sharing Composer tokens or channel access with parties outside your license.
- Removing license checks or misrepresenting the scope of your license.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, including the prohibited uses above. On termination, your Composer tokens stop working and channel access is removed. Applications already deployed with the plugin are unaffected, but the license to continue using the code ends with the termination.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — 14 days, issued by the merchant of record for your order.
Warranty and liability
Plugins are provided as described on their product pages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they are provided without further warranty, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes are announced to account holders by email.
